No. The game is free, there is nothing to buy inside it, and there are no ads.

No. You can play the whole game without one, and your save is written to your own browser storage. An account is optional and does one thing: it backs that save up so you can pick it up on another machine.

Can I lose my save?

Yes. The save lives in your browser, so clearing site data or browsing history for this site will delete it. A private window will not keep a save at all.

Does it work on a phone?

It runs, but a desktop or tablet is a much better experience. There are a lot of numbers on screen and the roster tables want the width.

How long does a game last?

As long as you want. You advance day by day, fighters age, contracts run down and people retire, so a save keeps developing for as long as you keep opening it.

How finished is the game?

It is in beta. The systems work, but balance moves, features change and you will find bugs. Saves may not survive updates that change how a save is stored.
